Already, the House has voted in favor of restricting family-planning funds and dismantling New Hampshire’s current contraception-equity law. Other attacks in the House include a bill that would mandate biased counseling regarding abortion care and an abortion provider ban.

The New Hampshire state House has turned into an “all abortion, all the time” legislative session, as it voted this week to pass bills on “informed consent,” a 24 hour wait period prior to an abortion, and a 20 week ban based on the unproven claim of fetal pain.
